When I was in my twenties, I suffered a back injury and ruptured two discs.

My recovery was slow and I became frustrated with my physician’s advice to continue taking medication—possibly for the rest of my life—so I decided to try chiropractic care. As my condition improved, I became interested in practicing chiropractic and helping others heal. I enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West, where my background as a massage therapist and yoga instructor gave me a solid foundation on which to build.

During the course of my studies, I was introduced to Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI).

This care took me far beyond my original goal of merely recovering from injury. The pain disappeared. My ability to adapt to stress increased significantly. I slept better. I had more vitality and mental clarity.

NSA has changed my life profoundly. My success with it has led me to study and practice it extensively. Among the many gifts this work has given me, I’ve developed a deeper connection to my community. It is with great passion and honor I perform this service, helping those around me to shine.
